Rental Policies - We require a $175 non-refundable down payment to secure your reservation; this will be credited towards your total rental package price; all paperwork will be verified. We will email or fax you a contract; down payment MUST be made within 72 of hours of contract receipt to insure your reservation. If we do not receive the down payment within that time frame the unit will be released.
- Know your tow vehicle's towing limits and maximum hitch weight as we cannot confirm that for you due to liability issues.
- We allow travel within all 49 continental states and Canada. We do not allow trailers to travel to Mexico, the AlCan Highway or Burning Man.
- We are happy to allow pets with a filled out Pet Adendum; ther is an additional $50 fee for pets. You will be charged for "invisible pets" (ie you bring pets without approval or allow other folks' pets in the unit, this will be charged at a rate $200).
- The combined cleaning/damage deposit will be returned after 5 business days as long as the unit is returned in the same condition it went in although we will do the final dump and you need not re-fill the propane tanks. We will do a walk-around together both before and after the rental. We don't expect you to scrub it down; empty the trash and all food, wash dishes and sweep the trailer out; we will do the rest! If you rent bedding or towels, please leave the used items in the bathtub.
- Rates and rental conditions subject to change without notice. Rental day is based on number of nights the trailer is used. Each night constitutes a rental day. There are no refunds for unused portions of rental. Major credit card and identification required at rental. Departure and return location is Sisters, Oregon (delivery services are the exception to return/pick-up rule).
- Dry Camping: If you choose to camp where there is no 110v available and the batteries go dead, EZ Camp will not be held responsible for your spoiled food, being cold, etc. We have generators available for rental and highly recommend that you camp, at a minimum, at sites where 110v power is available.
- Customer must provide a Certificate of Insurance (binder) from their tow vehicle insurance agent, stating liability limits of $100,000 and naming EZ Camp Trailer Rentals, Inc. as additional insured. Customer's tow vehicle must be equipped with an operational electronic trailer brake controller, a minimum class III frame mounted type tailer hitch and a 7 pin wire harness connector. Customer must provide their own 2 5/16th hitch ball, ball mount pin and ball mount with the correct offsetto obtain level trailer angle when connected to their vehicle. Vehicle ball must be from 18" to 21" high. Actual hookup to the customer's vehicle is to be performed by the customer.
- Pick-up hours must be scheduled between 0900-1600 (9am-4pm). Return hours must also be scheduled between 1000-1600 (10am-4pm). Returns made outside of this time frame will be charged $30 an hour; less than an hour will be prorated. Deliveries and pick-ups are scheduled on a first reserved first priority so as to provide each of our guests with the high level of customer service we pride ourselves on.
